Coffee has been changing history not only in a way that can be described as a silent force which can hardly be noticed, but emotions and way of life of people who have been making history.  

       Today, coffee reaps it popularity and diversity in China, just taking cafes that dotting streets and countless coffee brands in stores as example. The number of cafes that sell only coffee in major Chinese cities is so few that figure wouldn’t even exceed dozen, because a various way of coffee business sees its blossom and receives supports from practioners at the moment. Looking back to our experience,however, our insistence on selling coffees only wins us increased supports. In return, we strive for brining the most authentic coffee to every household and making it part of our daily life.

    Café’ Gallery, a café for life, locates in Sanlitun --- a well-known street for its bars. This café, not featuring alternative indoor decoration but its coffee and top coffee beans as its major products, which are carefully selected from famous coffee producing countries all over the world. Except for Italian coffees and a few coffees that goes with milk, most of our products are not drink with milk as we are in hope of creating a stage for coffee only, just providing delicately made pure European style dessert.

        Our café, featuring the European countryside style in 19^th century, reserves the elegance of ancient Europe and the charm of sweet countryside style.

Just imaging yourself sitting beside a French window in an autumn afternoon, reading a book, listening to chansons when sunshine spills through the window…It could also be a delight moment for a couple sitting across a wooden table where a pair of coffee cups are on.
